Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $78,000 - $88,000 annually
Bonuses: Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will treat an average of 14 patients per day, providing exceptional care and helping patients improve mobility and function. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and skilled in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' physical conditions and goals.
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic equipment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and quality patient care.
- Stay current with new physical therapy techniques and best practices through continuing education.
- Supervise and mentor ancillary staff and foreign-trained applicants pursuing licensure.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome; experienced Physical Therapists preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of [State].
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
