Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Schedule: 5x8 Hour Day Shift with Rotating Weekends + On-Call Rotation
Hourly Rate: $29 - $40/hr (based on experience; top rate reflects 10+ years)
Shift Differentials:

    • Nights: +$3/hr
    • Holidays: Time and a half

On-Call Pay: $2/hr + time and a half (minimum 2 hours if called in)

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (with 2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join a high-performing cardiovascular team. In this role, you'll assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, structural heart interventions, peripheral vascular procedures, and interventional radiology cases. Ideal candidates have recent acute care Cath Lab experience and a passion for advancing patient care in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
  • Set up and operate equipment for imaging and physiological monitoring.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to ensure safe and efficient procedures.
  • Prepare and assist patients during catheterization lab procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
  • Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology or Radiologic Technology required
  • BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
  • ACLS certification (within 90 days of hire)
  • One of the following certifications (within 1 year of hire):
    • RCES
    • CV Tech
    • RCIS
    • RVT
    • Vascular Interventional Radiology Certification
