Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Pinole, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
- Center Managers can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings
Job Overview:
The Center Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and drive clinic growth. This position is ideal for a leader who can manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical therapy clinic.
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate clinic growth strategies, including patient outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and manage clinic performance metrics, such as patient volume, financial targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement staff development programs, including providing certified instructor support for foreign-trained clinicians.
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of [State] or eligible to obtain a license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
