Location: Grapevine, TX
Shift: 12 HR Days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Scheduled Hours: 36 per week
Salary Range: $36 - $52 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (External Applicants Only)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multimodality Supervisor to oversee the CT and X-Ray departments during the weekend shift. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all calls or needs from other areas of the hospital and will ensure adequate staffing from Friday night until Monday morning. Your expertise in CT and X-Ray imaging, combined with your leadership skills, will be critical to maintaining the quality and efficiency of imaging services.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the delivery and quality of imaging services, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient procedures that comply with established standards.
- Perform imaging procedures as needed, manage staffing levels, and ensure adequate supplies and resources are available.
- Schedule, monitor, and evaluate staffing patterns, conduct interviews, and complete performance evaluations.
- Train new staff, ensuring all registrations and certifications are current and up to date.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary staff meetings to ensure consistent and timely communication throughout the department.
- Set and monitor goals for the imaging staff, ensuring achievement is reflected in annual performance evaluations.
- Encourage employee participation in satisfaction surveys and implement action plans for areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and monitor the departmental budget, providing feedback on equipment and services needed for growth.
- Promote a culture of service excellence by holding staff accountable for service standards and facilitating recognition in the imaging sections.
- Serve as a liaison to other departments, developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with physicians and other medical departments.
- Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies such as JCAHO and TDH, and assist in policy and procedure development.

- Ability to serve as a preceptor, providing quality training to new team members and introducing new services and initiatives.

- Proficiency in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling, payroll systems, and electronic medical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Program
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Certification/License/Registration: Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT and X-Ray modalities, and work 25% of the time in the second modality. Preferred modalities include ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, ARRT-MR, ARRT-VI, and more.
