Shift: Full-Time, 12-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Shifts Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Hourly Rate: $32 - $53 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in delivering patient-centered care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients while advancing their clinical skills and adhering to evidence-based practice. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership, and an ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, adjusting therapy goals and programs as needed.
- Perform detailed clinical documentation and accurately enter charges.
- Educate patients, families, and staff, communicating effectively to foster understanding.
- Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers, ensuring high standards of care.
- Continuously improve clinical skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practices.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to align goals with system objectives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience beyond the minimum qualification.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable.
- Certification/License:
- Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire/transfer.
