Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Location: Dallas, TX

Shift: Full-Time, 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Shifts Per Week: 3 Shifts

Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Hourly Rate: $32 - $53 per hour

Job Overview:

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU in Dallas, TX. You will provide advanced care for patients receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and other mechanical circulatory support devices. Our team is recognized as an ELSO Platinum Center of Excellence, and we are committed to delivering the highest quality care for patients requiring these life-saving therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized care for patients undergoing VA, VV, VP, VA-V, RVAD, and ECPR therapies.
  • Operate and monitor mechanical circulatory devices, including percutaneous and implantable ventricular assist devices, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
  • Perform thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Collaborate with ICU physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Licensure/Certifications:
  • RN Registered Nurse.
  • BLS Basic Life Support.
  • ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association).
  • CCRN Critical Care Registered Nurse (required within 6 months of hire).
