Start Date: ASAP (onboarding process takes approximately 5-8 weeks)
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $26.44 - $58.30 per hour, based on years of experience
- Sign-On Bonus: Two-year completion bonus incentive

Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist specializing in NICU/PEDS, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating infants and children with various conditions affecting their development and functional abilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluation: Assessing the patient's functional abilities and limitations, determining if intervention is needed, and establishing a plan of care and treatment goals. Completing comprehensive evaluations within the established time frame.
- Treatment Planning: Identifying and prioritizing key limiting factors, establishing treatment goals that are functional, measurable, patient-related, and reflective of the key limiting factors. Collaborating with patients and their families/caregivers when setting goals and initiating discharge planning.
- Implementation: Implementing individualized treatment plans with consideration to the patient's physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs. Providing skilled treatment in a safe manner.
- Ongoing Assessment: Continuously assessing the effectiveness of treatment and modifying the plan of care as indicated to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Occupational Therapist with specific experience in NICU and PEDS.
- License: Must hold an AK license (can apply after offer; must be licensed prior to starting).
- Certificates: BLS certification required.
