Job Title: RN Nurse Manager - Med Surg
Location: Atlantis, FL
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Day Shift (No Weekends)
Hourly Rate: $38.52 - $48.15 - $53.70 (Based on years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead the Medical-Surgical unit in a high-volume acute care setting. This position is responsible for coordinating nursing services 24/7, supervising personnel, managing staffing and scheduling, and fostering a learning-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 32-36 bed Med-Surg unit
• Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including Charge Nurses and Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs)
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling
• Maintain accountability for the quality and safety of nursing care
• Create a team-oriented culture focused on patient outcomes and professional development

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Florida or compact licensure (subject to state requirements)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BLS and ACLS certification (or must obtain within 30 days of start)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse Manager in an acute care setting - Required
