What You Will Do in This Role
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Critical Care RN experience within the unit required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
- Current BLS required.
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN is preferred.
