Shift: Full-Time, Weekend Shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
Shifts Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $25 - $36 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Multimodality Technologist to join our team in Waxahachie, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-quality imaging environment, where you will perform multimodality procedures, ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. You will be working weekend shifts with opportunities for career growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality multimodality imaging procedures (CT, MRI, Radiography, etc.) according to established protocols.
- Ensure safety and comfort for patients while delivering efficient imaging services.
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff, ensuring clarity regarding the procedure and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational capabilities of imaging equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation, including patient history, requisitions, and medical records in accordance with department policies.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ensuring supplies are properly stocked.
- Serve as a mentor or preceptor for new staff members and support team development.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience is required.
- Certification/License:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license from the State of Texas Medical Board.
- Certification in two imaging modalities such as ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, ARRT-M, ARRT-MR, ARRT-N, or others as specified.
