Salary: $33 - $48 per hour, depending on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Current Available Shifts:
- 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Expansion Positions (Starting January 2025):
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Saturday - Monday)
- 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologists to join our team. In this role, you will perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with exam protocols and established standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate imaging, patient comfort, and safety. We offer flexible work schedules and a supportive environment that values work-life balance and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures, ensuring they are conducted in a timely manner and according to established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET principles to ensure correct exams and establish rapport.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Adhere to safety, infection-control, drug, and radiation protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal equipment performance and report any issues to management.
- Maintain accurate medical imaging records and documentation according to department standards.
- Serve as a preceptor, providing quality training to new team members and on new services and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certification/License/Registration: Must be registered in one of the following:
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) OB/GYN, Abdomen, Breast, Musculoskeletal, or Vascular (RVT or RVS)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Sonography or Breast Sonography
- Cardio Credentialing International (CCI) Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
