Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Santa Cruz, California
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
Job Overview:
As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for treating an average of 14 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring physical function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, home exercises, and recovery strategies.
- Supervise support staff and interns as necessary.
- Stay updated on physical therapy best practices through continuing education and training.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
