Job Title: CNA - Med/Surg

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $16.38 - $25.60 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med/Surg team. This role includes cross-training as a Telemetry Tech and Ward Clerk. You will assist with patient care, support nursing staff, and perform various duties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for hospitalized patients.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Colorado CNA license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights and assist with patient care, including bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, fluid intake, and output.
• Change bed linens, clean equipment, and restock supplies.
• Provide age-appropriate care based on training.
