Location: Greenvale, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5x8s (Day shift) | No nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call

Salary Range: $77,000 - $81,000/year

Position Overview:

A reputable outpatient surgery center is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to support its high-performing surgical team. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity offering work-life balance and exposure to multiple specialties including orthopedics, plastics, and ENT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical team by preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, and providing instruments during procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique.
• Support orthopedic, total joint replacement, general, ENT, pain management, podiatry, and plastic surgery procedures.
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and support staff.
• Ensure surgical instruments and supplies are accounted for before and after procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
• Certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Active BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital surgical tech experience, including orthopedics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Surgical Technologist role.
• Demonstrated excellence in high-volume, multi-specialty OR environments.
