Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Location: Coos Bay, OR

Hourly Pay: $45.00 to $71.00 (based on experience)

Schedule: Day or Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week | 80 hours per two-week pay period

Position Overview:

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse to join a dynamic patient-centered team. The RN will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in the Medical Care Unit. This role supports professional development, flexible scheduling, and relocation support for those moving to the beautiful coastal community of Coos Bay, OR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to med-surg patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Accurately document patient status and interventions in the EMR
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving clinical environments
• Computer proficiency for EMR documentation and patient care coordination
