Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float

Location: Coos Bay, OR

Hourly Pay: $45.00 to $70.00 (Dependent on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | 80 hours per two-week pay period | Day or Night Shifts Available

About the Role:

We are seeking a flexible and experienced Float RN to support multiple units within the hospital. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a scenic coastal Oregon community offering access to beautiful beaches, forests, and hiking trails all within a short, traffic-free commute.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care within RN scope as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across various departments
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
• Adapt quickly to changing unit needs and patient conditions
• Respond to patient crises and emergencies effectively

• Proficient in electronic medical records and basic computer applications
