Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care
Location: Round Rock, TX
Shift: Full-Time, 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 3 Shifts Per Week (36 Hours Total)
Salary Range: $32 - $53 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identifying health issues and prioritizing care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, adjusting as necessary to meet patient needs and goals
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor patient conditions, and provide necessary interventions
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital standards and policies
- Prioritize patient safety and adhere to best practices and protocols in delivering care
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the unit
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Strong understanding of nursing standards and acute care protocols
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer applications
