Shift Duration: 12 Hours
Hourly Rate: $29.73 - $43.20 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department requirements and professional nursing standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." In this role, you will also advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's values to ensure a positive patient experience and excellent clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in accordance with established nursing models and standards
- Assess patients, perform necessary interventions, educate patients and their families, and manage ongoing care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and care teams to ensure a seamless and patient-focused care experience
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring compassionate and respectful treatment
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities in compliance with healthcare standards
- Actively participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary meetings to promote optimal outcomes
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent education
