Schedule: 5x8 Hour Day Shift and Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Hourly Rate:

• $28.80 - $36.00 (8 years of experience)
• Up to $43.20/hr (17+ years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Position Summary:

Join the launch of a brand-new Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT) unit focused on providing advanced care to patients undergoing Stem Cell/Bone Marrow Transplants or those with hematologic disorders. This role is perfect for nurses with a strong background in acute care oncology, ICU, or transplant programs, ready to contribute to a high-acuity, specialized unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care aligned with the Registered Nurse Practice Act
• Use evidence-based practices to manage outcomes for transplant and hematology patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, patient-centered care
• Participate in unit development and uphold high clinical standards

Qualifications:

• Required: Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
• Preferred: BSN
• Required: At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience
• Highly Preferred: Experience in TCT, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Oncology, or ICU
• Licensure:
• Current Florida RN license or Compact RN license (candidates with compact license must apply for FL license)
• If <3 years RN experience, FL NCLEX completion is required
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA) - required
