Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000
Job Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily operations and overall management of assigned units. This includes overseeing staff performance, ensuring quality patient care, managing patient and family satisfaction, and effectively managing resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Ensure staff performance aligns with clinical and organizational standards.
- Monitor patient care processes and outcomes to ensure quality care.
- Enhance patient and family satisfaction through effective communication and care.
- Manage resources prudently to ensure optimal unit performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong nursing knowledge and skills in cardiac care.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and effective decision-making abilities.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Nursing or related field (or currently working towards obtaining).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon (client will provide contingent offers to nurses without an Oregon license; licensing process takes 2-3 weeks).
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Specialty certification in Cardiac Cath Lab or related area preferred.
Experience:
- Five years of experience in an acute care hospital within the past 10 years required.
- Two years of managerial or leadership experience within the past 5 years required.
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements:
- Oregon (client will assist with licensure process for out-of-state candidates)
