- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $32.50
- Maximum Rate Per Hour: $44.00
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiographer to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in vascular interventional radiology technology, providing expertise in performing complex angiographic imaging procedures across various clinical areas, including neurological, thoracic, abdominal, and peripheral procedures. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing care to critically and acutely ill patients ranging from adults to geriatrics. This position includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and requires call coverage during specific hours.
Call Requirements:
- Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Essential Functions:
- Perform vascular angiographic imaging procedures with expertise in an angiography environment.
- Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Provide care and service to critically and acutely ill patients, demonstrating an understanding of the functional and developmental age of the individuals served.
- Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring it functions properly for all procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience preferred, with a focus on interventional and neuro imaging; candidates with strong prior imaging experience may also be considered.:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) required; Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) certification preferred.:
- Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology or Radiology special procedures preferred.
