Hourly: $34.00 - $55.00
Annually: $69,420 - $93,321 (based on licensure and experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Supervisor to manage the clinical and administrative operations of our I/DD program. This role involves providing supervision, managing crisis situations, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. The I/DD Supervisor will work with children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinating treatment plans and ensuring quality care is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide standard and clinical supervision to staff members, utilizing various supervisory methodologies.
- Manage crisis situations with staff and clients.
- Oversee staff compliance with program requirements, including maintaining credentials, documentation, and training hours.
- Review treatment records and provide direction for documentation improvements.
- Conduct monthly supervision with staff and ensure consistent quality of services.
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Monitor program requirements for Habilitation Waiver and Childrens Waiver, ensuring adherence to funding sources mandates.
- Collaborate with leadership and attend meetings, conferences, and trainings.
- Support staff with electronic medical records, training, and data utilization.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure services meet the standards of accrediting bodies.
- Maintain a caseload and provide services when necessary.
- Complete required documentation and reporting for agency and funding sources.
- Participate in agency committees and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education & Licensure:
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- Must have one of the following licenses: LMSW, LLP, or LPC (full licensure) from the State of Michigan.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) required.
- Experience working with Waivers preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (highly preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and provide culturally competent care.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and crisis situations.
- Ability to meet requirements for Childrens Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) within 120 days of hire.
