Job Title: Adult Behavioral Health & Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist
Location: Southgate, MI
Salary:

• Fully Licensed: $28.90-$38.89/hour
• Limited License: $26.68-$35.91/hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday (8:30 AM-7:00 PM), Friday (8:30 AM-5:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM-1:00 PM)
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

Job Overview:

Seeking a dedicated LMSW to provide behavioral health and substance abuse therapy for adolescents and adults. Evening and occasional weekend availability is required based on program needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and deliver treatment per medical necessity
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete authorizations
• Manage a caseload of clients with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses
• Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Masters in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LLPC, LMSW, LPC, etc.) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
• CAADC credential or active MCBAP Development Plan within 6 weeks
• 1+ year of experience with mental illness and substance use disorders (including internship)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Must be culturally competent and flexible in care delivery
