Job Title: CNA - Float Pool

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $17.13 - $23.32 per hour

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic Float Pool team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing care in various specialty areas. In this fast-paced role, you will assist with direct patient care, including hygiene, vital signs monitoring, and supporting patient needs across different units as required by census and care needs.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Active Colorado CNA certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Computer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to call lights and assist patients within scope of practice.
• Provide direct care, including bathing and oral hygiene.
• Change bed linens and record patient vital signs.
• Fill shifts in various hospital areas based on care needs.
