Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Brattleboro, VT

Shift Type: Days

Shift Schedule Options: 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days

Weekend Requirement: One Saturday every 78 weeks

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

Salary Median: $41/hour to $45/hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:

This is an urgent need for a versatile Physical Therapist who will work across inpatient and outpatient settings. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with other health professionals to optimize care outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient physical conditions and functional needs
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
• Monitor, assess, and adjust treatment based on progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate clinical and business documentation
• Supervise PT Assistants and at least one student annually
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in community outreach and program development

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active VT state PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
• A collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
