Shift: 12 HR Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Shifts Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours
Hourly Rate: $32 - $53 per hour

You will play a key role in evaluating, treating, and monitoring patients, while also collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional care. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Evaluate patients, create and implement therapy programs, and modify goals as necessary. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and concise documentation, ensuring timely and correct entry of charges. Stay knowledgeable about reimbursement practices related to the therapy setting.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and the healthcare team. Provide education to patients and families to ensure understanding of therapy programs.
- Supervision: Oversee and guide the work of ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on clinical skills through ongoing education, review of literature, and application of evidence-based practices.
- Collaboration: Contribute to system-wide goals by aligning your personal objectives and actions to support the healthcare organizations mission.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience required.
- License/Certification:
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or BLS to be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.
