Job Title: RN - Surgical Services

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $30.00 - $41.89 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Surgical Services team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care by coordinating daily activities, supporting surgical procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will be accountable for patient satisfaction, clinical performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
• Current Colorado RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association).
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in alignment with surgical and operating room standards.
• Assist with surgical procedures as needed.
• Monitor patients and document significant conditions, notifying physicians as necessary.
• Support and oversee the scope of care provided by technicians and clerks.
