Job Title: R.N., House Supervisor

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $35.96 - $50.21 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled RN House Supervisor to provide administrative supervision, resource utilization, and bed management for clinical and non-clinical departments. This role includes supporting patients, visitors, and staff, responding to emergencies, and ensuring smooth organizational operations by utilizing appropriate resources.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required (in progress or commitment to start within six months acceptable).
• Certifications: BLS, ALS, PALS, and NRP.
• Minimum two years of acute care experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage staffing levels and competencies.
• Serve as a resource to patients, families, and staff, resolving concerns.
• Maintain nursing standards and contribute to policy updates.
• Act as a liaison between administration and department leaders.
