Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
Job Overview:
You will provide high-quality care to patients, treating an average of 14 patients per day. The position is full-time, offering a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, function, and overall health.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, rehabilitation exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
- Supervise and mentor students and ancillary staff as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in physical therapy through continuous education.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply, with at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of [State] or eligible for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
