Shift Times: Friday - Sunday, 08:00 AM - 08:30 PM
Salary Range: $21.15/hour - $34.55/hour (based on education and experience)
Shift Differentials: $2.50/hour for evenings, $3.00/hour for overnight shifts
Job Description:
The Radiologic Technologist performs a range of CT and X-ray examinations while adhering to safety protocols and industry-standard imaging practices. This role involves collaboration with physicians and clinical staff to ensure patients receive the highest level of care throughout their treatment. Technologists in this position will handle a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable imaging procedures in both emergency and inpatient settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in the radiology department
- Conduct portable radiographic procedures in emergency and inpatient settings
- Assist in surgical, endoscopic, and tomographic imaging procedures as needed
- Perform quality assurance tasks on imaging equipment as required
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety for both patients and healthcare providers
- Work with physicians and medical offices to deliver optimal imaging results in line with treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited two-year or four-year program in Radiologic Technology, accredited by ARRT or JRCERT Required
- 1 year of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist Preferred
- ARRT registered or registry eligible Required
- Current BLS Certification Required
