Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care
Location: Round Rock, TX
Shift: 10-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Shifts Per Week: 4
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Pay Rate: $32 - $53/hour
Job Overview:
The Wound Care Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patients, establishing diagnoses, and developing healthcare plans for wound care treatment. You will observe and evaluate patient responses, ensuring safety throughout their healthcare journey. As a Wound Care RN, you will collaborate with the medical team, design and implement nursing care plans, and actively participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments following the highest standard of care
- Proactively design, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, providing support and education
- Collaborate with colleagues and community members to enhance patient care

Qualifications:
- Completion of an associates degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
