Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week (6:30 AM 5:00 PM, variable shifts), no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call

Salary Range: $52,000 - $61,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Surgical Scrub Technician to support orthopedic and spine surgeries at our state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Responsibilities:

• Assist in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures by preparing and handling surgical instruments.
• Ensure a sterile environment and support surgical teams during operations.
• Adapt to the daily surgery schedule and maintain flexibility with variable shift hours.

Qualifications:

• One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school.
