Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Location: Robbinsdale, MN

Shift Type: Varied (Days/Nights; 8 & 12-Hour Shifts)

Schedule: 80 hours per two-week pay period

Weekend Requirements: Department rotation

On Call Requirements: Off-premise call

Hourly Pay: $35.82 to $46.19 (based on experience)

Position Summary

Join a dynamic surgical services team as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) providing essential intraoperative support to surgeons and ensuring a safe, sterile environment for patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with retraction, suturing, drain placement, and dressing applications
• Maintain sterile field and surgical asepsis throughout all procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and clean surgical instruments and equipment
• Collaborate with surgical team to deliver safe and effective care
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
• Comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards of practice
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to hospital Code of Conduct

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and infection control
• Ability to respond in critical situations and work collaboratively
• Commitment to continuous professional improvement and ethical care
