Job Title: PT Center Manager

Location: Sacramento, California

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Bonuses:

  • Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.
  • Center Managers can earn an annual bonus up to 8% of yearly earnings.

As a Center Manager, you will oversee daily clinic operations, manage clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. You will have the opportunity to grow your career in an environment that values leadership, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise clinic operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to clinical and administrative staff.
  • Deliver physical therapy services and oversee patient care, with an average of 14 patients per day.
  • Develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress, ensuring the highest standard of treatment.
  • Drive clinic performance and meet financial and clinical goals.
  • Provide supervision for foreign-trained clinicians and assist with licensure as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with some leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligible for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
