Shift Times: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00 + $1.75 Night Shift Differential
Shift Schedule:
- Nights: 6PM - 6AM
- Two days on // Two days off // Three days on
- 84-hour biweekly pay period
- Rotating Weekends
- On-call requirements to be discussed during the interview

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and supervise the nursing services team, ensuring resident care is carried out effectively in accordance with nursing best practices and state/federal regulations. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and LPNs, providing high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and record medications, treatments, and monitoring as ordered.
- Accurately transcribe physician orders and complete monthly summaries.
- Update care plans and communicate changes to the care team.
- Assist physicians with rounds, examinations, and treatments.
- Collect and document laboratory specimens, arrange for delivery, and ensure documentation in EHR/EMR.
- Supervise post-mortem procedures and assist in collecting resident belongings.
- Encourage resident participation in scheduled activities.
- Assist with orientation of new nursing staff and adjust staffing assignments as needed.
- Ensure infection control practices and compliance with regulations.
- Provide direct care to residents as needed and assist Nursing Assistants on the floor.
Dress Code:
- Scrubs of any color.
- Clean shoes (no open-toe sandals).
- Name tags worn daily.
- No heavy perfumes or large jewelry.
Physical Demands:
- Must be in good physical and mental health to perform job functions effectively.
- Knowledge of good body mechanics and ability to pass employment physicals.
- Free from communicable diseases.

Interview Process:
- First interview: Phone screen with CEO
- Second interview: Zoom video interview with HR, DON, ADON, and CEO
- Third interview: Zoom video interview with team members
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
- COVID Vaccine
State License Requirements:
- Pennsylvania
- Must possess a Current PA RN License or have applied for a PA license at the time of the interview
Additional Requirements:
- Nursing home experience is a plus
