- Days: Monday - Friday, full-time
- Shift Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Shift Per Week: 5 shifts
- Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $36
- Maximum Rate Per Hour: $52
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Multimodality Technologist to join our team in a Level 2 Trauma Hospital setting. This full-time position involves working with X-Ray and CT modalities, ensuring high-quality imaging procedures are performed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiologic technology and be able to work independently, providing exceptional care to patients. Essential Functions:
- Perform high-quality multimodality imaging procedures (X-Ray and CT) according to established protocols, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Communicate effectively with patients, using AIDET principles to ensure they understand the procedures and feel at ease.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, adjusting settings and positioning as needed to obtain the best possible images.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including infection control and radiation safety, to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain and clean equipment, reporting any issues to management and ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Keep accurate and timely records of all imaging procedures, including patient information, consent forms, and imaging data.
- Serve as a preceptor to new team members, providing training and support as needed.
- Be prepared to take call if required, responding promptly to urgent imaging needs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience required.:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Licensed by the State of Texas as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT).
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (ARRT-R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT).
