Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $32 - $53
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Trauma PCU team in our Intermediate Care Unit. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to trauma and surgical patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatments based on patient conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on the care plan and expected outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based performance improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Experience in Trauma or Med/Surg nursing is highly preferred.
