Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour with potential to increase to $21.00 per hour after 120 days based on performance.

As a pivotal member of the OR staff, you will ensure that surgical procedures run smoothly and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a crucial member of the OR team, excelling in the preparation and execution of surgical procedures.
- Maintain stringent sterile practices to safeguard patient safety and ensure efficient procedural flow.
- Manage and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are ready for operations.
- Collaborate effectively with hospital staff and team members to deliver exceptional support and service.
- Take responsibility for the cleaning, disinfection, and proper maintenance of endoscopes and surgical instruments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; additional technical training or education is preferred.
- Required to obtain CRCST Certification within 90 or 120 days of employment; CST certification is a plus.
- At least 1 year of OR experience is preferred, alongside strong customer service skills.
- Availability for 24/7 hospital coverage on a rotational basis, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and a strong ability to collaborate with teams.
