Compensation Range: $33.53 to $50.28 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team, working primarily with outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults, and some subacute inpatient adults as needed. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a rural clinic setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Our clinic values work-life balance, offering 45-minute one-on-one treatments, 1-hour evaluations, and paid documentation time. You will work in a supportive and professional environment that fosters growth and continuing education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine treatment plans.
- Help patients develop or regain physical or mental functioning through customized therapy programs.
- Promote patient independence by selecting appropriate therapies based on individual needs and capacities.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Document patient care services in the EMR system, adhering to industry standards.
- Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Stay updated with professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
- Participate in in-service training and contribute to staff development.
- Comply with legal and certification requirements by adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Advocate for the occupational therapy profession and continuously improve clinical performance.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License (DORA) or valid compact license.
- Certifications: Current CPR (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Experience: New graduates welcome to apply.
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and employee health meeting.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.
- Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions).
