Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Pinole, California

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Bonuses:

  • Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance

Job Overview:

You will work in a supportive environment, providing personalized patient care with an average caseload of 14 patients per day. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed evaluations of patients physical therapy needs and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and functionality.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, documenting progress and modifications to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process and injury prevention strategies.
  • Supervise and guide physical therapy students and support staff as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in physical therapy through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience: Open to new graduates; at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in [State] or eligible for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
