Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patient needs across all age groups, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor patient care interventions, adjusting treatments to maximize effectiveness and patient safety.
- Maintain high-quality documentation that supports care delivery and complies with professional standards.
- Analyze performance data to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Engage in continuous professional development and apply new skills to clinical practice.
- Participate in community and hospital initiatives that support the growth and development of the physical therapy department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current, unrestricted Colorado State Physical Therapy license.
- BLS Certification, to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical practices and standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
