Position: Multimodality Technologist

  • Shifts: Wednesday to Friday
  • Shift Length: 12 hours
  • Shift Start Time: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Weekly Hours: 36 (Full Time)
  • On Call: Yes

Salary:

  • Minimum: $25 per hour
  • Maximum: $36 per hour

Job Summary:

As a Multimodality Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures in both CT and X-Ray modalities, ensuring high-quality results and optimal patient care. This role is critical in our fast-paced, dynamic imaging department and requires flexibility to participate in on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality imaging procedures according to specific protocols for CT and X-Ray.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain operational standards of imaging equipment and procedural areas.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members, utilizing AIDET principles.
  • Manage and document all relevant patient information and procedural outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Certified in CT (ARRT-CT) and Radiography (ARRT-R).
  • Licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) by the State of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Less than 1 year of experience necessary; new graduates are welcome to apply.
