Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Hematology
Location: Temple, Texas
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Shifts Per Week: 3
Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $32 - $53
Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Oncology Hematology team. As part of our renowned healthcare facility, you will provide exceptional care to patients with a wide range of oncological and hematological conditions, including advanced therapies like CAR T-cell therapy and stem cell transplants. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while developing your skills in a specialized area of nursing.
Essential Functions:
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and monoclonal antibodies.
- Provide care for patients undergoing high-dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplant and CAR T Cell Therapy.
- Monitor patients with hematologic disorders, including sickle cell crisis, aplastic anemia, and thrombocytopenia.
- Administer radiation therapy and provide care for surgical and gynecologic oncology patients.
- Conduct continuous cardiac monitoring (telemetry) and respond to patient needs promptly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and self-care.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid RN license
- BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of starting the role)
- Oncology nursing experience is preferred but not required
