  • Days Per Week: 3
  • Scheduled Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Shift Start Time: 07:00 AM
  • Shift End Time: 07:00 PM

Available Shifts:

  • Days (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Compensation:

  • Minimum Rate Per Hour: $27.72
  • Maximum Rate Per Hour: $39.60
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing care. You will work in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and will be responsible for facilitating patient care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and ensuring continuous improvement in patient outcomes. This position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are protected.
  • Facilitate patient care by making accurate nursing assessments and diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement care plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience. While acute care experience is strongly preferred, experience in LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) will also be considered.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
