Compensation:
- Minimum Rate Per Hour: $30.69
- Maximum Rate Per Hour: $43.20
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Note: Candidates must live within a commutable distance from the facility. Applications will not be accepted if candidates live 60 minutes or more from the facility.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our Renal Vascular team. This role requires a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults within our patient-centered care model. You will be responsible for making clinical assessments and managing treatments autonomously. Join a phenomenal team that works collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.
What You Will Do:
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support to patients and their families throughout their stay.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of ACUTE CARE RN experience (open to any RN experience).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, Multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
- BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse with a Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state, and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
