Job Title: PT Center Manager
Location: Casa Grande, Arizona
Shift: 8-Hour Days, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $88,000 - $100,000 annually
Bonuses: Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, or student loan assistance. Annual performance-based bonuses up to 8% of yearly earnings.
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standard of care for patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, leadership abilities, and experience in physical therapy management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Physical Therapy Center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
- Coordinate patient care, ensuring that all treatment plans are aligned with best practices and patient needs.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, and clinic performance.
- Actively participate in business development, networking, and community engagement to grow the clinics patient base.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and performance tracking to meet clinic goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physical therapy. Management experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of [State].
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
