Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shifts Per Week: 5
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Bonuses:
- Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
Job Overview:
This full-time role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver quality patient care, working in a supportive environment with a focus on rehabilitation. The position offers a standard Monday through Friday workweek, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while treating an average of 14 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional needs and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, improving mobility, and alleviating pain.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and recovery processes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff and interns as needed.
- Stay current with continuing education and best practices to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply, but 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Physical Therapist (PT) license in [State] or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
