Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Everett, Washington

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shifts Per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Bonuses:

  • Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Everett, Washington. In this full-time role, you will work a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, treating an average of 14 patients per day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs of patients.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment interventions.
  • Educate patients and families about therapeutic processes and strategies to support recovery.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Licensure/Certification:
