Job Title: Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Location: Alamosa, CO

Salary Range: $32.51 - $45.39 per hour

Job Overview:

Join our Float Pool team as a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality care to patients across multiple units. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, assist with procedures, document care, and collaborate with providers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet nursing standards.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, notifying providers of significant changes.
• Support patient safety and comfort.
