Job Title: RN - Charge Operating Room (OR)

Location: Hauppauge, New York

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (No major holidays, no on-call)

Salary Range: $91,500 - $110,240 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Operating Room RN to lead and support our Surgical Services team. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care while overseeing daily operations in a surgical facility with four ORs and 250-300 procedures per month. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to the surgical team.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the operating room.
• Deliver direct nursing care based on scientific principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Active New York State RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• 3-5 years of experience in Surgical Services (outpatient surgery center preferred).
